Bi-Weekly Saturday Long Run with DC Run Crew

***ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME*** 


Runs will be between 3-7 miles 

Pace-it-Easy – 3.1 miles (10:00 – 12:00 min pace)

Intermediate – 5 miles (9:00 – 10:00 min pace)

Advanced – 6-7 miles (8:30 – 9:30 min pace)


Times and distances may vary each week depending on attendence. Sometimes running gets boring and you just want more…..well welcome to MORE!
