Named the best Free Monday workout by the Washingtonian, DC Run Crew HIIT and Run workouts are the best way to kick off your fitness week. This month our workouts will be led by the Women of DC Run Crew. The best crew leaders will take you on different workouts and all month long you will get a celebration of different styles as we celebrate Women’s Month.

All month we are encouraging you to show your unlimited power and to tell your #HerCrewTrueStory 

 You are welcome to attend our workout for free before joining and becoming a member! We ask that you donate $5 for each workout you attend before becoming a member. Memberships are $89/year.
